Strategic HR Solutions, LLC was founded in 1995 for the purpose of providing Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action compliance planning and reporting services to businesses of all sizes.
For the past 15 years, our focus has primarily been on assisting businesses with Federal and State EEO compliance and reporting. Our services are provided by individuals having over 30 years experience in all aspects of the Human Resources discipline.
In addition to AAP development, we assist in developing a strategic plan for effectively managing OFCCP compliance reviews. We represent our clients during all stages of OFCCP audits, including development of strategy, preparation of desk audit data, management training and onsite assistance during the audit.
Currently we are working with businesses in nearly all 50 states. We understand the unique challenges that need to be overcome, to comply with government regulations in the EEO domain.
